ANIMAL KINGDOM – SAVE THE PLANET

A Note of Inspiration

This collection was born from a place of deep love , love for animals, for the fragile beauty of our planet, and for the stories nature whispers to us when we choose to listen. Over the years, I have drawn inspiration from many sources, but the first spark for this collection came from encountering the work of the remarkable photographer Paul Nicklen.

The moment I saw his photograph of a whale and her baby, something shifted in me. Through his lens, he captures not just images, but emotion, the bonds, the vulnerability, and the majesty of wildlife facing a changing world. His ability to reveal the soul of the Arctic, and the quiet urgency of climate change, stayed with me long after I looked away.

From that feeling, ANIMAL KINGDOM – SAVE THE PLANET began to take shape. Every piece in this collection, whether inspired by ocean giants, polar creatures, or wildlife from across the globe, carries a story. They are small reminders of the ecosystems we must protect and the living beings who depend on them.

While my work is entirely my own artistic interpretation, I hold immense respect for Paul Nicklen and the way his photography ignites awareness and compassion in so many hearts, including mine. His upcoming book, REVERENCE, gathering 30 years of extraordinary work, is a powerful testament to the beauty and urgency of our planet, a book I truly believe everyone should experience. This collection is my tribute to nature’s resilience, its beauty, and its call for us to do better. With gratitude and reverence, I hope these pieces inspire others to cherish the world we share and to support the voices, like Paul’s, who work tirelessly to protect it.
