Orders may be placed online at elsasarantidou.co.uk at any time. Once your order is received, we will confirm it and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Every piece of jewellery is hand sculpted and individually crafted with care. If an item is available in stock, it will be dispatched promptly. For pieces made to order, please allow 20–25 working days for creation and delivery. Should your order be completed sooner, it will be shipped immediately, and you will be notified.

Our collections are born from stories and themes that celebrate both nature and imagination. The ANIMAL KINGDOM COLLECTION, for instance, reflects on climate change and its impact on animals and their ecosystems. Each design is sculpted by hand, one at a time, especially for each client. This means no two creations are ever identical — subtle variations in detail are a mark of their authenticity and artistry. Because of the demanding craftsmanship, these pieces may require additional time to complete.

Please note that during holiday seasons or periods of high demand, production and delivery times may extend beyond the usual window. In such cases, we will contact you with an updated schedule.

Elsa Sarantidou reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that do not comply with the site’s terms or as otherwise determined necessary.
