All jewellery pieces are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin the handmade crafting process. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided through Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using secure, insured shipping partners. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination. You will receive tracking details once your item is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Elsa Sarantidou, every piece of jewellery is individually handcrafted using precious materials such as gold and diamonds.

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or personal preference.

We strongly encourage you to review all product details and reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items: We only accept returns in the rare event that the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival,If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

6. Product Descriptions & Custom Orders

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur. Custom orders are welcomed, but please note they are also non-returnable.
